RECIPE

250g butter ¾ cup castor sugar Beat till light and fluffy Add in 1 egg1 & ½ cups corn flour1 & ½ cups chopped pecans. Flour as required Roll into logs & cut slices or roll out and cut shapesBake in preheated oven at 180 degrees till golden brown. Once baked and cooled Sift icing sugar or dip in castor sugar.
