INGREDIENTS
125g butter
½ cup castor sugar
1 egg
½ cup dessicated coconut
½ cup oats
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1- 1 ½ cups flour
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar, then beat in egg. Add rest of the ingredients and combine to form a dough. Roll out on floured surface then scratch with a fork and cut out shapes. Bake on 180 for about 15-20 minutes. Drizzle melted chocolate once cooled.
