2 and ½ cups flour
5 teaspoon baking powder
5 tablespoons sugar
100 grams butter
Malai (cream) or fresh cream
Mix all the dry ingredients.. rub in the butter... Make a soft dough with the cream. Roll out ( roll thick not too thin). Cut into rounds using a cutter ( size of your choice) place them on a greased tray and bake till golden brown!!

You can also slice them up and spread some butter and jam or any other filling you prefer!!
