INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
Oil/ghee (Clarified butter)
½ onion, chopped
1 grated tomato
1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin)
Red masala
Salt/Pepper
½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
Dash of lemon juice
Chopped dhania (coriander)
METHOD
Saute onion and whole jeeru (cumin) in a pan in oil/ghee (Clarified butter) until soft. Add in the grated tomato and the rest of the spices and cook. Turn the pan on high heat, add the eggs and scramble them. Garnish with dhania (coriander) and serve with toast or roti.
INFO & TIPS
Can be made as an omelette or sunny side up eggs as well.
