INGREDIENTS
4 large tomatoes 3 green chillies2 cloves garlic1 ½ tablespoons chilli powder ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon roasted dhania (coriander) jeerah powder ½ teaspoon kashmiri masala1 tablespoon whole jeerah½ teaspoon mustard seeds1 onionWorcestershire sauce1 teaspoon ginger garlicSalt¼ cup tamarind water2 tablespoons plain yoghurtPaneer
METHOD
Liquidize first 7 ingredients and keep aside.Grind whole jeerah and mustard seeds in coffee grinder and keep aside.Braise onion and ground spice in oil. Add in tomato mixture, a dash worcestershire sauce, ginger garlic and salt to taste.When chutney is almost done, add in tamarind water and yoghurt. Mix well.Add in paneer cubes and simmer a few minutes till done.
