3-4 cups boiled macaroni
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 ½ cups milk
Make a roux (heat butter & flour in a saucepan until combined) then add the milk and start whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Bring to a boil until slightly thickened, Remove from heat & and season well with salt, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic flakes, mixed herbs & Ina Paarman's Pasta Spice. Add grated cheese while mixture is still hot and whisk in to further thicken the sauce.
Mix the sauce into the pasta, top with grated cheese, sliced cherry tomatoes & parsley. Heat in oven or microwave for a few minutes until cheese melts.
