RECIPE
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
15 ml sugar
30ml olive oil
1 packet instant yeast
Lukewarm water(enough to make a dough)
Butter garlic Glaze:
3 tab butter
1 teaspoon garlic(crushed)
Parseley
Mix all together.
Add lukewarm water to dry ingredients and make a dough.
Leave aside covered and allow to rise!
Divide dough into small balls & roll.
fry on tawa with little ghee (Clarified butter). Remove & smear with glaze.
