INGREDIENTS
2 and ½ Cups Self – Rising Flour3 Tablespoons Icing Sugar(sifted)½ Cup Fresh Cream½ Cup plus 3 Tablespoon Fizzy Lemonade Cool drink
* 2 Tablespoon Milk for brushing tops
METHOD
➡Gently mix through all ingredients using a butter knife. ➡Do not over mix, gently knead for a few seconds, dough is slightly wet, but I added a little more flour while kneading. ➡Pat down dough on counter top, not too flat, cut using scone/cookie cutters. ➡Brush tops of scones with Milk and Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for approximately 15 – 20 minutes. ➡Serve warm with Butter/Jam/Whipped Cream/Cheese….and ENJOY!!!💕Foodeva Marsay💕
