1 cup couscous 1 ¼ cups water Salt Pepper 1 tablespoon tomato paste 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
Finely chopped red onion Finely chopped half a pepper Finely chopped dhania (coriander) Finely chopped mint 1 butternut cubed ¼ cup chopped peacan / walnut nut Olive oil
In a bowl add the 1 cup couscous with the hot water close the bowl and allow couscous to cook .
Cube butter nut and chops nuts , add to a pan with olive oil and allow to cook until butternut soft .
The couscous would all be soft , add the tomato paste , sweet chilli sauce and mix it in nicely , add salt and pepper as well . Add all the chopped stuff and give it a toss , lastly add the butternut and nuts toss that in and leave alittle to garnish .

Serve with a meat dish or simply have that as a meal .
