INGREDIENTS
4-5 chicken fillets cut into strips
Marinate with the following and cook: Red masala, Salt, arad (Turmeric) (Turmeric), Paprika, Origanum, Olive oil, Lemon pepper, Lemon juice, Vinegar, Jeeru (Cumin) (cumin), Aromat (a South African Spice), Cajun spice, Red chilli powder, BBQ spice, Black pepper, Garlic flakes, Any Nando's sauces, ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter), Tomato sauce, Worcester sauce
METHOD
FOR THE RICE:
Boil 2-3 cups basmati rice with salt and arad (Turmeric). Braise ½ chopped onion, 1 teaspoon ground garlic, 1 grated carrot, chopped peppers. Add lemon juice, rice spice, red chillies, paprika, lemon pepper, Aromat (a South African Spice). Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and Nando's sauce. Add the rice and steam. Serve with chicken strips
