RECIPE
125g butter
½ cup brown sugar
Beat till creamy then add
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoon coffee dissolved in 4 tablespoon boiling water
1 ¼ cup flour
½ cup milk
½ cup or more chocolate chips
Extra choc chips for top
Mix well..
Place in muffin cases..sprinkle with extra choc chips..bake at 180 for ±20 minutes..when cool drizzle with chocolate
