1 bunch spinach chopped up small . 1 onion chopped up 1 small red pepper cubes 1 tablespoon crushed garlic Haldi Salt 1 big tomato small cubes Handful Kalamato ( black olive ) ½ cup crumbled feta 1 cup grated Mozzerella ¼ cup mayo ( I used 2 tablespoon cream cheese spread )
1 roll puff pastry of your choice . 1 egg whisked .
Braise onion and peppers with olive oil until soft , add garlic braise until you get the aroma , add haldi , ¼ cup water and spinach , allow for this to steam add the tomatoes while steaming as well as salt . Once soften remove from heat allow it to cool slightly and add the remaining ingredients .
Open the puff pastry , roll slightly . Cut the edges in an angle to form a circle . Place the cooled spinache mixture right around leaving space by the side . Take the sides close up . Cut the insides into triangle and pull over . Bast the eggs ontop sprinkle basil or mixed herbs . Bake in a preheated oven until golden about 30 minutes . Or this can now be frozen until you desire to bake .
