RECIPE
125g butter
¼ cup cocoa
1 cup water
Boil together
Cream together:
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Then add
½ cup oil
¼ cup milk
¼ cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon bicarb
2 cups flour
METHOD
Mix together with boiled mixture,and beat till a smooth batter is formed
Pour into greased pyrex/brownie pan and bake at 180 for ±35 minutes
SAUCE
60g butter
One third cup buttermilk
¾ cup castor sugar
¼ cup cocoa
Boil together
Pour whilst hot over hot brownie...u may serve like this with ice cream
For a added treat :
1 cup fresh cream
½ cup nutella
Beat together till stiff
Pipe onto brownie
For ganache melt together:
1 dairy milk slab /lindt choc
Mix in nestle cream till smooth.deco as desired
( I used sourmilk in place of buttermilk)
