Whisk 1⁄2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 1 & 1⁄2 cups brown sugar & 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Add 1 cup nutty wheat, 2 cups digestive bran, 2 cups cake flour, 2 teaspoon bicarb, 2 cups milk, dates, nuts & raisins.
Put into cupcake pans. Stays well for about 2 weeks. Bake as required @ 180° for about 10-15 minutues.
