2 teaspoon green chillies ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon crushed garlic salt to taste
1 chopped onion 1 cubed tomato 1 cubed green pepper/yellow pepper 1 cup cooked cubed fillets 1 cup grated mozarella cheese 1 cup crumbled feta cheese chopped greens: coriander, spring onions
2 cups flour/self raising flour 2 teaspoon baking powder if using flour
beat first 4 ingredients with spices. add the rest of the ingredients as listed. do not overmix batter. spoon into greased muffin pans and bake @ 180°c till golden (+/- 15 minutes). serve with soup or a chutney of choice. zaakirah
