INGREDIENTS
Aamli Chutney (savoury dip)

Ingredients:2 cloves garlic 6 red chillies ¼ cup white vinegar1 packet Red aamliTomato sauce/ apricot jam (to taste)
Vagaar-Jeeru (Cumin) seedsRai (black mustard seeds)Limrie (curry leaves)Oil
METHOD
1. Soak aamli in vinegar and little hot water. 2. Make juice and strain, diacarding seeds.3. Liquidise chillies, garlic and aamli juice together. 4. Strain out chilli seeds.5. Make the vagaar by tempering the seeds and curry leaves.6. When seeds start to "pop" remove from heat and pour over sauce.7. Add salt as needed.8. Add tomato sauce or jam to add some texture and sweetness and lessen heat.#mamataughtmewellrecipes
