RECIPE
1 packet baby potatoes or 5-6 medium potatoes, chopped. Boil in salted water until cooked.
Melt the following in a bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon garlic sauce
¼ cup sour cream
Garlic flakes
Lemon pepper
Robertsons aromatic roast potato spice
Aromat (a South African Spice)
Mixed herbs
Pour onto potatoes and mix well. Garnish with parsley.
