Creamy Mushroom And Sundried Tomato Bruscetta / My Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 french loaf sliced - crisp slice in oven if nec
1 punnet mushrooms sliced
3 sundried tomatoes chopped up - I used he ina parmans
1 tablespoon garlic butter
1 teaspoon crushed garlic

white sauce ;
1 stick butter
3 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon robertson sweet basil herb
milk

METHOD

add garlic butter , crushed garlic and sliced mushroon to a pan and saute .

in the meantime in a small pot add some butter and flour , allow the butter to melt and flour to sink in . add spice salt and milk to make white sauce . not to thick . add sauce to mushrooms combine . add chopped sundried tomatoes and combine as well .

add spoonful on french loaf slices .
serve immediately
