INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1 cup cream
⅓ cup honey
1 ½ teaspoon halaal gelatin
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
METHOD
Take a little of the cold milk & add in the gelatin stir till the gelatin is dissolved. Set aside.
In a saucepan add in the milk,cream,sugar and honey. Bring up to a boil & remove from stove.
Stir in the vanilla essence & the gelatin & mix till everything is nicely combined. Let it cool down completely.
In a dessert bowl add in some small cubed mangoes & fill up with cooled down panna cotta mix. Refrigerate for several hours. Before serving garnish with liquidised mangoes.

Amended by Sumi. I used 1 can peaches. Drained the syrup. I left overnite in fridge.
