INGREDIENTS

1 tin ideal milk, left in fridge overnight. 80g strawberry jelly dissolved in a cup boiling water. 500g strawberry yoghurt.

METHOD

Beat the ideal milk until triple in thickness. Add jelly and mix well. Add yoghurt and mix well. Set in desired (I used the silicone t ring). Decorate with fresh strawberries.
