Pineapple Mousse

RECIPE

1 pineapple 2 egg whites1 cup ice water1 cup cold water1 packet pineapple jelly @moirs_sa1 tin nestle dessert cream @nestlesouthafrica_1 tin condensed milk @nestlesouthafrica_
Crush or grate the pineapple, cook until  excess water has burned out. Allow to cool.Beat egg whites with hot and cold water until stiff and foamy, add the pineapple jelly and beat again. Add the crushed pineapple, condensed milk and dessert cream.Mix well, pour into a dish, cover and refridgerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator & decorate as desired...enjoy the twist😋.
