INGREDIENTS
1 pineapple chunks250 ml pineapple juice2 teaspoon sugar 10 fresh mint leaves2 limes/lemons sliced4 passion fruit seeds and pulp soda water ice
METHOD
Blend the pineapple, juice and sugar together until you have a smooth puree.Combine the pineapple puree and passion fruit in a jug with the soda water and mix well.Add ice, mint and lemon slices in serving jug and pour in the mojitos.Serve.
