INGREDIENTS
250g butter
½ cup castor sugar
2 tablespoon oil
1 ½ cups rice crispies
1 cup coconut
½ cup Pecan Nuts chopped
1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
Dairy milk chocolate
METHOD
Pre-heat oven to 180°c
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add oil, beat again.
Add rice crispies, coconut, nuts and cocoa, mix until well incorporated.
Sift flour and bicarbonate soda. Add to cream mixture to form a soft dough.
Shape into small TV Bar Logs
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
Decorate as desired
