INGREDIENTS
1 chicken washed and cut
2 small tomatoes
1 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
½ teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt
arad (Turmeric)
1 onion cubed
1 tablespoon Red masala used aunty bibis red masala
3-4 tablespoon Coconut cream
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chana flour
METHOD
Heat some coconut oil or any oil in pot
Then add your onions add some salt helps to brown faster...braise til nice and golden..add your Jeeru (Cumin) seeds..
Then marinate your chicken with paprika red masala,arad (Turmeric) dhana Jeeru (Cumin) red masala.
Add to the onions and cook little for abt 10 minutes then add your grated tomatoes...cook til chickn is done u cn add little water if becomes to dry then
Mix the coconut cream with milk and chana flour I whisked it then added it to the pot and left to boil little added some dhania (coriander) to garnish
INFO & TIPS
I ddnt have milk so used coconut milk instead
If u dnt hv coconut cream u cn add 1/2 cup coconut with 1cup milk n 1tbsp chana flour blend n add to pot..
Was really so lekker jzks to my sister fr guiding m with recipe... I made few changes..
Serve with pur,spaghetti,and tomato n onion salad n lemon juice..
