Strawberry phirni

 1 litre milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoon taystee wheat
2 tablespoon corn flour/maziena
4 tablespoon water
1 x 397g tin condense milk
1 x 155g tin cream
1 teaspoon strawberry essence
1 teaspoon rose pink colouring
Strawberries chopped
method
1.Beat eggs, taystee wheat and milk together.
2.Make a paste with corn flour and water. Add to above mixture and bring to boil.
3.Remove mixture from heat.
4.Add condensed milk, cream, essence and colouring.
5.Beat well and pour into serving dish or small bowls.
6.Decorate with strawberries/or as desired
