Banana Fry

2-3 Ripe Bananas
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Sugar
Dash of Cinnamon Powder (optional)
~ Sliced Bananas into thick rounds
~ Melt Butter in a large saucepan
~ Add the sliced bananas, lower heat.
~ Add the sugar and gently stir through once.
~ Do Not over mix , add cinnamon powder if using.
~ serve immediately with warm toast or topped onto crumpets/pancakes.
