Wash Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) cut chopped and keep aside.
Now take oil in pot add 1 sliced onion cook till golden brown.
Now add 200 grm mince.
1tdp ginger 1 teaspoon garlic salt to taste cook till oil comes separate.
Add in 1 teaspoon chili powder 1⁄2 teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon dhana jeera powder 1 teaspoon Garam masala and 1 teaspoon Shan kheema (mince) masala cover cook 15-20 minutues with little water then u can add 2 medium sized chopped tomatoes.
Leave till tomatoes going soft and masy then add chopped methibhaji now cook on slow heat for 10-15 minutues cover the pot. Serve with roti or chapati ❤
