For base : crush biscuits and add melted butter to make a base. Pat into a tart dish.
Mix Cremora and warm water for 1min. Add condensed milk and beat for 2min. Add lemon juice and beat for a few minutes. Mix in granadilla pulp. Pour over into base and allow to set in the fridge for about 1-2 hours
