RECIPE
½ kg chicken fillet (wash and drain)
Mince/process ..Dry in collander
3 cups frozen peas
3 cups frozen corn
process/mince & drain on roller towels
4 big onions (process squeeze out water
5 slices bread process/mince
Mix all together...then add:
2 eggs
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 teaspoon whole Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)
2 tablespoon ground green chillies
dhania (coriander) (coriander) and shallot
Mix well,refrigerate mixture for a while to stiffen..
Form into fingers,roll in breadcrumbs..freeze...fry in shallow oil
