INGREDIENTS
1 fillet of chicken(Cubed)¼ cup cream style cornSpaghetti 1 packet maggi Cream of Chicken soup½ teaspoon green masala½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)(cumin seeds)2-3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 clove and 1 Elachi (cardomom)(cardomom)½ onion(chopped)A small piece of fresh ginger(chopped fine)Salt and pepper to tasteLemon juice to taste
METHOD
Make a wagar with ghee (Clarified butter),onion,ginger,Elachi (cardomom),Jeeru (Cumin) and clove.When it's a nice golden colour,add chicken and green masala.Let it braise in its own water,add very little if needed.When chicken is almost cooked,mix soup as per packet instructions and add.At the same time add creamstyle corn and spaghetti broken into pieces.Bring to a boil whilst stirring continuously and once it's boiling,lower heat to a simmer,add salt and pepper and leave partially covered for about 5 minutes.Just before serving,add lemon juice and fresh coriander leaves.Jazakallah🍲
