2 cups castor sugar*
1 ⅓ cups flour*
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder.*
1 ½ teaspoon bicarb*
½ cup cadbury cocoa*
1 teaspoon salt*
1 /2 cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
Sift together * in a large bowl,,,,mix together with a spoon till well combined.
In another bowl whisk the eggs lightly add milk,oil,vanilla and whisk again till well combined.
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients in small portions and whisk untill well combined......
Lastly add in the boiling water and mix lightly with wooden spoon till smooth....consistency should be runny.,pour in a pouring jug and fill cupcake cases ¾ way full......bake on 180 for +/- 20 minutes....cool for 10 minutes b4 removing from pan and another 30 minutes b4 frosting
