250g dark chocolate ( I used a combination of dark chocolate and dairy milk) 150g marshmallows 50g butter 60 ml boiling water combine in a heavy based pot over low heat stirring occasionally till melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool a little
Meanwhile in a separate dish add280 ml fresh cream 1 teaspoon vanilla essence whip until thick Then Fold it into the chocolate - marshmallow mixture until homogenous.
Pour into dessert bowls and serve chilled
