In a bowl mix together 125g butter⅓ cup white sugar⅓ cup brown sugar
Addd1 egg1 cup chocolate chips and mix
AddPinch salt¾ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 ½ cups flour
Use an ice cream scoop to form 10- 12 large cookies.
Top cookies with chunks of chopped chocolate .Bake 160° thermofan oven for 10 minutes.
