A. The Cake

•1⁄2 Cup Milk
•1 Cup Sugar
•1 1⁄2 Cups Flour+8 teaspoon
•4 teaspoon Baking Powder
•1⁄2 tablespoon Vanilla essence
•1/8 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Prepare 2 20cm non-stick round cake tins. Greased and wax paper bottom.
3. Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer for 3minutes while scraping down the sides.
4. Divide the cake batter between the 4tins and bake till done.
5. Allow to cool

Goes perfectly with butter cream. Double the recipe to make a high cake.
