RECIPE
Boil 1 ½ litre milk.Add ½ cup of rice and ½ teaspoon ground cardomom/Elachi (cardomom).Boil on low heat until rice is soft.Use a whisk to whisk it in order to break up the rice.Now add condensed milk (according to taste) and nestle cream (small tin) and ½ teaspoon rose water.Serve hot or cold.Jazakallah🍚
