Nazz out of this world kheer
Tried tested and tasted many tyms and created by nasreen khan(nazz)
An adaptation of:Nazz out of dis world eid milk
U can half dis recipe
Add the following:
*half cup sago
(soak in cup of water.once absorbed add mor liquid like milk or water and loosen wit a fork so its not stuck den add to boiling milk)
*Half cup vermicili (sev (vermicelli))
*half to 1 cup cooked basmati rice (u can use wateva u like)and beat lightly wen added to milk with a hand held egg beater to break it down
After boiling add:
1 litre carton ultra mel custard
DATS the BIG SECRET

u wil neva no wats in der....
mix and keep on low
1 and half tin condensed milk
I add 2 tins condense milk
cos I luvvvv it sweet
1 big tin nestle cream
Use a whisk to gt rid of lumps
be careful not to scrape the bottom of the pot in case its stuck at the bottom
1 heap teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder.
I always add mor den dat so bout 2 level teaspoon if u prefer
Add to your prefrence:
badam (almond) powder
sliced badams and pistas
Last add good quality rose water jus a hint of it.dnt ova do it.
Now taste it for urself..and adjust to perfection...
P.S..if u going to burn the milk den plz start again...otherwise its def not gona be out of dis world...lol...
