Braise carrots for a few minutesRemoveBraise Sojee (semolina flour) till brown Add carrots back inAdd nutsMix Whisk eggs, milk and food colouring together Add to Sojee (semolina flour) and keep stirring on LOW heat (It can burn if you don't keep an eye or stop stirring for too long) When it gets thick, add:Condensed Milk or Sugar (Add extra sugar if it feels less to you) Keep mixingTill it gets thick again Cover for 2 minutes and allow to cook on low heatAllow for ghee (Clarified butter) to come to the surface Garnish with some more nuts Best Served WarmEnjoy!🧡
