INGREDIENTS
259g butter
180g dark chocolate
100g white chocolate
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
3Tbl golden syrup
4 eggs
2cups flour
METHOD
Melt butter over a pot of boiling water. Add chocolates and stir till melted. Remove bowl from pot.
Stir in sugar, coconut, syrup and flour. Mix well.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add nuts
Bake at 170 for 35-40 minutes
