Ingredients: 250g butter, 1 cup icing sugar, ½ cup oil, 1 cup maizena (corn flour), 2 tablespoon instant coffee, approx 2 ½ - 3 cups cake flour
beat butter and sugar well, add oil and beat further. Add maizena (corn flour), beat. Add coffee mixed with very little boiling water and flour as needed to make a very soft dough. Using biscuit gun, nozzle out shapes and Bake on 180 degrees for 10 -12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Decorate as desired.
