Spicy Lamb Shanks

RECIPE

Recipe for 4 shanks
In a bowl mix:
¾ cup sourmilk
4 tablespoon mayonaise
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon crushed red/green chillies
2 tablespoon ginger garlic
4 tablespoon steers chops and steak marinate
1 tablespoon tikka masala
2 tablespoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)
2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon haldi
4 tablespoon any sauce (tomato,chutney,peri peri
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon peppercorns
1 tablespoon steak and chops spice
Salt
Chopped onion or baby onions
Marinate overnight...add few blobs butter and cook till done
