1 tin condensed milk
2 tablespoon taystee wheat
Leave 4 a little while
Then add:

½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom)
3 ½ cups flour
Mix well..make small balls and roll long
Fry in medium hot oil
Remove and dip in warm syrup.

3 cups sugar
3 ½ cups water
1 cinnamon stick
Few pods Elachi (cardomom) (cardomom) (cardomom)
2 tablespoon rose water
Boil..
