Turkish Delight Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

Biscuits :
250gr butter
½ cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon rose water
½ cup maziena
Pinch of salt
1- 2 cups flour
Cream butter and sugar
Add rose water
And rest of ingredients
Make soft dough
Roll out thin
Cut shapes, bake 180.
Butter icing :
60 gr butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon rose water
1 tablespoon rose syrup
3 teaspoon milk
Beat butter until light in colour , gradually add icing sugar and rest of the ingredients. Beat together until smooth
Decoration :
Mini Turkish delight
Pink glitter

METHOD

Sandwich biscuits together. Decorate with mini Turkish delight by sticking it onto biscuits with water icing (4 tablespoon icing sugar and water, mix until smooth)
Dust with icing sugar and pink glitter
