INGREDIENTS
                      1  kg Snoek 
Marinade with :
1 tablespoon mochachos spice 1 tablespoon red masala 1 teaspoon lemon pepper Drizzle olive oil 2 tablespoon lemon juice 
Onion sliced in rings Robot peppers julienne strips Tomato sliced in rings Mushrooms chopped Olives halved
                    
METHOD
Place snoek on foil. Garnish with sliced onions and peppers, tomatoes mushrooms and olive. Drizzle olive oil. Fold foil over make sure it's tightly secured on the side. Place on braai (bbq) until cooked ± 30 minutes
INFO & TIPS
Serve with crispy onion rings and salad
