½ lb butter
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup oil
1 cup maizena (corn flour)
+/- 3 tablespoon cocoa
+/- 3 cups flour
Beat butter and castor sugar and oil. Make dough with rest of ingredients. Spreadout in a baking pan and Slice finger sizes bake.slice again to loosen out
Drizzle with white choc and sprinkle grated peppermint crisp.
Ps. U can grate ppmnt crisp and keep in fridge in advance.....
Can also cut out shapes or make in logs.....up2 u
