2 x 500g red or brown aamli
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup golden syrup
2 tablespoon red chillie powder
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
Boil sugar and syrup,add chillies..break aamli into pot and simmer over low heat until dry±10 minutes...allow to cool and harden..roll in balls and tie in cellophane...
