Sweetcorn Pancakes With A Twist

INGREDIENTS

Inspired by @aniseeds Recipe credit: Hot and Spicy SavouriesPic credit: @aalia_1431 tin creamstyle sweetcorn 2 eggs4 heaped tablespoon flour½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground chilliesGreen dhania (coriander)(chopped) Pieces of Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))

METHOD

1. Mix all ingredients together2. Braise Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
3. Heat a bauer pan, adding a little oil4. Put tablespoonfuls, add pieces of braised Pateria (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
. Cook a little and then turn over5. Serve with red chutney

Serve with a dip of ur choice
