5 cups flour2 teaspoon salt1 packet yeastQuater cup sugar1 cup oil1 and quater cup boiling water1 and quater cup cold milkMix dry ingredients together..Add wet ingredients..Mix well and knead to form a soft pliable doughAllow to rise
METHOD
Knock down and shape as u like.U can just roll round balls..or cut strips and roll like small swissrolls..or u can roll out cut into 3 strips and plait..Brush with beaten egg.Allow to rise well again.Then bake at 180 till golden
