INGREDIENTS
1 cup of semolina
3 cinnamon sticks
1 elachie pod
Elachie/cardamom powder
250g butter
500ml milk
2 and half serving spoons of sugar
Vanilla essence
METHOD
Add the butter to the pot. Once melted,add cinnamon sticks and the elachie pod and mix until golden.Add semolina and mix until well combined.Add milk. Add elachie powder and sugar.Add a capful of vanilla essence.
INFO & TIPS
Top with silvered almonds if preferred.
