1 cup of semolina
3 cinnamon sticks
1 elachie pod
2 and half serving spoons of sugar
Add the butter to the pot. Once melted,add cinnamon sticks and the elachie pod and mix until golden.
Add semolina and mix until well combined.
Add elachie powder and sugar.
Add a capful of vanilla essence.
