Ingredients1 egg2 cups milk65g butter¾ cup semolina / taystee wheat6 tablespoon Klim (make paste with little milk)1 teaspoon Elachie Powder4 tablespoon slivered pista (pistachio nuts)1 cup sugar125ml cream (fresh or nestle)Green colouring
MethodBeat together the egg, milk, sugar, elachie, colouring and Cream. Melt butter in a heavy based pot,add taystee wheat and braise till pink add little boiling water add in the milk mixture and simmer till it thickens slightly, add in the pista (pistachio nuts) , and klim and mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes. Steam on low with the lid closed for another 10minutes or alternatively put it in the oven for approx 15-20 minutes on 180'C.Drizzle cream and sprinkle slivered pista (pistachio nuts). Serve.
