INGREDIENTS
½ kilo chicken fillet sliced in the center to thin then cubed .
1 teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 cup hot water
1 baby cabbage sliced
1 green pepper big cubes
2 carrots sliced or big thin cubed
1 big onion sliced
handful spring onion
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon tomato ketup
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoon corn flour
water to form a paste
2 cups water
1 packet chinese noodles
METHOD
Take all the ingredients from A mix together and set aside .
in the meantime start chopping all the veggies from B set aside .
In a wok add some oil toss chicken in and on meduim heat allow this to cook for 10 to 15 minutes . now add 1 cup water and allow to cook further until water almost dry .
Move the chicken pieces to the side of the wok add the crushed garlic and allow to saute until you get the smell . add all the veggies from B and give it a toss allow to stir fry for 5 minutes add the sauces from C and simmer for 2 minutes lower the heat , now add the 2 cup water as well as the corn flour paste and you will see that this thickens . this is now ready to serve .
for the Chinese noodles . boil until the noodles soften about 5 minutes . remove drain and wash out with cold water .
deep fry these noodles until crispy ( like pur ) I used my air fryer small batch at the time .
To serve :
when ready to serve
place crisp noodles at the bottom
pour the chicken mixture top
garnish with spring onions and serve
you can even make a sunny side egg and place on top of this .
